Frequently Asked Questions
What makes Jo Divine products different?
We will only sell high quality, skin-safe branded products, at reasonable prices with maximum discretion and friendliness.
What about my privacy?
We ship in plain packaging and bill discreetly. We will only email you when you tell us we can and when you order from us. We never spam and we never give out customer details to other companies.
Why does it matter what I’m putting inside of me?
Jelly and latex are porous, difficult to clean, and can cause allergic reactions in many people, therefore we simply do not sell them. Our products are manufactured with the best materials – silicone, glass or metal.
Are your products suitable for people with heart and circulatory disorders?
Sexual activity is generally considered to be safe and healthy, but if you are concerned please speak to your doctor. We do, however, warn against the use of penis rings, such as the LELO Bo and Tor, as these restrict blood flow.
Can I speak to someone on the phone if I need some help?
Our UK based Customer Service Team are on hand to answer any questions or queries that you may have. Call us on 01892 888284 and one of our team will be happy to help.
What will it say on my bank card statement?
Your card will be charged as ‘Wholesome Trading’ or ‘WHOLESOMETR’.
How discreet is the packaging of your products?
All of our products are sent to customers in plain brown boxes, what is inside them is completely unidentifiable to the postman, or anyone else who comes into contact with the package- only you know what is enclosed. The privacy of our customers is of the utmost importance to us.
How quickly will my products reach me?
Your products could be with you as early as tomorrow! Click here for full delivery information.
How do I order a Jo Divine catalogue?
Either call our UK based customer service Team on 01892 888284 and state your request, or email us at email@example.com along with your address details and we will get one sent to you as soon as possible.
I’ve requested a catalogue, how discreet is the envelope it comes in?
As with our products, all our catalogues are posted in plain unidentifiable envelopes.
Are there any other ways of keeping up to date with Jo Divine news?

I can’t see any instructions about the care of the battery that is rechargeable; should I keep it fully charged or is it best to let it run down from time to time?
As with all rechargeable batteries, it is best to let them run down from time to time: keeping a battery on charge constantly can reduce its life. However, Jo Divine products are of the highest quality internally as well as externally, so the battery should serve you well for years to come providing it is cared for appropriately. We recommend fully charging the product before your first use.
What is Jo Divine’s Returns policy?
Due to hygiene reasons, it is NOT possible to return sex toys or lubricants that have been used. If you have broken the hygiene seal on your product – not all products have them – you will be unable to return it. Faulty items are not affected by this exclusion.
What is Jo Divine’s Unwanted Items policy?
With the above exception covering sex toys and lubricant, you may return unwanted items within 14 days of receiving it. Please inform us by email or phone if you intend to return an item. Ensure the returned item is unused, undamaged and all items, including instruction leaflets and guarantee booklets, are included. Be sure to pack it securely. You are liable for the return postage fees.
What is Jo Divine’s Faulty Products policy?
We are a reputable retailer and we will happily replace any faulty products within their warranty. Please be sure that you carefully read the instructions supplied with your product before reporting it as faulty. Whilst we only supply products from top quality manufacturers, we do occasionally encounter faulty items. It is, however, important that you contact us prior to returning a faulty item as we can offer fix problems over the telephone or by email. If you return an item without contacting us first, and it is subsequently found not to be faulty, we may ask for the return postage before returning it to you.
Will I automatically be put onto a mailing list?
We never send any marketing materials (e.g. brochures) to your address unless you specifically ask to be sent our brochures and offer details. We never add you to any marketing lists for other companies.
We will automatically be added to our email marketing list, but the first email we send you makes it easy to unsubscribe.
