• FREE SHIPPING on all orders of £30 or over.
• Shipping is just £1 below on orders below £30.
• We only ship within the UK.

Returning an unwanted item - first 7 days

• We comply with both the letter and spirit of Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
• If you decide that you do not want to keep a product, you must email us at returns@jodivine.com to tell us of your intention to return within 7 days of receipt.
• You are liable for return costs - please return by recorded delivery to the address below.
• Products may only be returned if unused and unopened.

• You may exchange products, unused and unopened, within the first year of your order.
• You will receive a credit note for the current price of the item minus a £6 restocking fee.
• Please advise us of your intention to return by emailing us at returns@jodivine.com.

• All items carry a 1 year guarantee.
