Finding My Fountain: MS, Sex, Squirts, and Swinging

After getting diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, a person’s relationship with their body and their feeling of self often changes.

For our new columnist Rose Riley, the self-reflection and awareness which came with her diagnosis ultimately led to a new world of pleasure and self-discovery.

Getting in tune with her body and adapting sex to work for her meant a sexual reawakening and newfound confidence in the bedroom. You can read all about her experience in her first article.

We’re taking the love to parliament

Make Menopause Matter

Despite the headlines, not everything that happens in parliament is sleazy. There are huge numbers of people trying to make lives better, but sometimes it helps to make a little noise to help them find the right path.

Our very own Samantha was in Parliament Square this week, celebrating a big win for menopause with the people who made it happen. A huge cut to hormone replacement therapy (HRT) prescription charges means that menopausal people will only need to pay once a year for treatment – which means even more people will be able to afford the treatment they need.

Anyone who follows Samantha on social media will know how excited she is about this win!

You can still catch Samantha’s tips for menopausal sex in Davina McCall: Sex, Myths and the Menopause on All4. She’s also written countless articles about menopause for our magazine and offers useful tips in her videos and posts on Instagram. If you or someone you love needs some advice to have a better menopause, why not check out Samantha’s words of wisdom?

Follow Samantha on Instagram and Twitter – she is @samtalkssex on both platforms.

You can sign the campaign to #MakeMenopauseMatter through the menopausesupport.co.uk website.
