Delivery in UK

We currently only use Royal Mail.

  • FREE delivery when your order is £55 or over.
  • We usually offer a “same day dispatch” on in-stock orders when you order by 2.45pm Monday to Friday.
  • We are experimenting with Saturday dispatch, so your order may dispatch on a Saturday.
  • Orders placed after 2.45pm or at the weekend may ship on the following business day.
  • Delivery times quoted are an aim not a guarantee, except for Special Delivery where we will refund you if Royal Mail fail to deliver through their own error, and you inform us within 48 hours.
  • Low-value orders of £3.35 or below have a special low 2nd class post option available, which costs £3.42.
  • Orders from £3.36 to £54.99 attract a £5.50 delivery charge.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 is normally a 2-3 day service. We are offering this for free if you spend £55 or over.
  • For faster delivery, Royal Mail Special Delivery is available.

Delivery to Europe

We are currently unable to deliver outside the UK due to Brexit.

Postcode exclusions

Royal Mail Special Delivery and Tracked services are delivered throughout the UK. However, there are certain delivery restrictions in particular areas.

The restrictions below apply to Special Delivery, but we also cannot give delivery guarantees for any of the postcodes below for any service.

We deliver by 5.30pm the next working day in the following postcode areas:
