As Jelly, rubber and latex are porous making them difficult to clean, can degrade over time and may cause allergic reactions in many people, we do not sell them. Our products are manufactured with the best materials – silicone, glass, ABS plastic or metal.
Sexual activity is generally considered to be safe and healthy, but if you are concerned please speak to your doctor. We do, however, warn against the use of penis constriction rings as these restrict blood flow.
We do not recommend the use of Pulsator products if you have a pacemaker or Implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD) as these products contain magnets. If you are unsure, please check with your doctor or cardiac nurse specialist.

All of our products are sent to customers in plain brown boxes, what is inside them is completely unidentifiable to the postman, or anyone else who comes into contact with the package- only you know what is enclosed. The package will only have the address of the recipient and our return address which is Wholesome Trading Ltd. The privacy of our customers is of the utmost importance to us.

We recommend fully charging the product before your first use. Keeping a battery on charge constantly can considerably reduce its life, but letting a lithium battery completely discharge and then leaving it for a period can permanently damage it. We recommend topping up the charge in lithium products every 3 months or so.
Due to hygiene reasons, it is NOT possible to return sex toys or lubricants that have been used. If you have broken the hygiene seal on your product – not all products have them – you will be unable to return it. Faulty items are not affected by this exclusion.
If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your needs please call us prior to purchase as we are always happy to advise you over the phone.
With the above exception covering sex toys and lubricant, you may return unwanted items within 14 days of receiving it. Please inform us by email or phone if you intend to return an item. Ensure the returned item is unused, undamaged and all items, including instruction leaflets and guarantee booklets, are included. Be sure to pack it securely. You are liable for the return postage fees.
We are a reputable retailer and we will happily replace any faulty products within their warranty. Please be sure that you carefully read the instructions supplied with your product before reporting it as faulty. Whilst we only supply products from top quality manufacturers, we do occasionally encounter faulty items. It is, however, important that you contact us prior to returning a faulty item as we can offer fix problems over the telephone or by email. If you return an item without contacting us first, and it is subsequently found not to be faulty, we may ask for the return postage before returning it to you.
No. We never send any marketing materials (e.g. brochures) to your address unless you specifically ask to be sent our brochures and offer details. We never add you to any marketing lists for other companies.
In addition, we only send marketing emails to those who request them.
