Gaining a degree in Film and Television Studies at the university of East Anglia (UEA), Megan has experience writing about film, television, student life and relationships and has had articles published on student magazine websites such as The Daily Touch and The Tab. During her time at university, Megan studied Journalism and Media focused modules that fuelled her enthusiasm for writing.

Since joining the Jo Divine team, Megan has had articles published online at Good Housekeeping, The Independent, The Metro, The Daily Star and The Evening Standard and is passionate about educating others about bettering their sexual health. Being in a successful long-term relationship, she also enjoys writing about her experiences being in a long-distance relationship during her studies.

Megan is passionate about breaking the taboos surrounding sexual health and sexual pleasure, and enjoys writing articles with a sex-positive message and hopes to encourage others to celebrate sex and become more pro-active in maintaining good sexual health. She has also contributed to The National Student, hoping to encourage younger people to talk about sex in a practical way.

Megan has also been published on The Huffington Post Blog writing perspectives pieces including unrealistic sex on TV.

As well as writing sexual health and pleasure articles, Megan also writes erotic fiction for Jo Divine’s Secret Diary. She was a runner up in Sh! Women Stores’ September Stories erotica competition for a short story.

When she isn’t Tweeting, Pinning or Instagramming, Megan can usually be found baking, with a good book, or her sketch pad.
